The idea here is to write about our experiences in deploying web 2.0 technologies in our higher education courses, and to serve as a running commentary on what we do, what we find, what seems to work, and what does not. We'll also write about new hardware and software tools, plus new teaching techniques, that we come across that seem worth discussing. The whole point is to share with the online community the details of this project and (hopefully) all the great outcomes we can achieve.
It's going to be a wild ride...but this wouldn't be much of a blog entry without some external links. How about this: looking for a cheap way to incorporate video technology into your class? Try Sketchcast, a free tool to create small videos and then embed them in your website or blog...like this:
I did this with my Wacom Cintiq 21UX (indispensable for tablet work), but you can use your mouse too. Check it out--it's an easy entree into the world of video.
